Due to the handmade, crafted, and often made-to-order nature of our products, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted once an order has been confirmed and processed for production or shipment. Each item is carefully prepared in collaboration with artisans and small-scale producers, making every purchase part of a dedicated production process. Customers are encouraged to review all product details, sizing, descriptions, and shipping information carefully before completing their purchase.

Exceptions may only be considered in cases where an item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged. Any request must be supported with valid proof and relevant documentation, including videographic evidence, photographs taken upon receiving the package, and corresponding order details. Such requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe following delivery. Studio Alifah Malik is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Customers are advised to monitor and track their shipments using the provided delivery tracking number and shipping status updates.

While we take great care in preparing and packaging every piece, Studio Alifah Malik cannot be held responsible for customs clearance delays, import regulations, or any additional fees required by local authorities. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is incomplete, or is not received during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at community@studioalifahmalik.com

Our team will carefully review your case and do our best to assist you in investigating the matter and facilitating a resolution with the shipping carrier where applicable.

To help us assess your claim, please provide the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the external shipping package and the received item(s)
  • A video recording of the unboxing process, where available
  • Any additional documentation requested by Studio Alifah Malik or the shipping carrier

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

While Studio Alifah Malik takes great care in preparing, packaging, and dispatching every order, we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Such matters remain the responsibility of the respective logistics provider and are subject to their policies and claims procedures.

Shipping & Return Policy

At Studio Alifah Malik, every order is prepared with exceptional care and deep respect for the artisans who create each piece. We are committed to ensuring your purchase is delivered safely while maintaining full transparency throughout the entire process. We proudly ship internationally from our artisan partners and production facilities to customers around the world.

For ready-to-ship items, your order will be processed and dispatched once payment has been confirmed. For made-to-order pieces, production requires approximately 4–6 weeks before shipment, allowing our artisans the time needed to craft each piece with exceptional skill, care, and attention to detail.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package throughout its process. While delivery times vary by destination, international shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer depending on your country’s customs procedures, local courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Although we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we carefully monitor every shipment and are always available to assist you should you need support with your order.
